HOUSTON, TX – A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle on Airtex Drive on the evening of Wednesday, October 7, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office. The pedestrian was hit a 500 Airtex Drive around 5:51 p.m. The extent of any injuries is unknown but emergency responders did treat the victim.

HOUSTON, TX – Multiple lanes on the Katy Freeway were closed after an 18-wheeler wreck this afternoon, the Houston Police Department reports. The incident occurred at the freeway’s intersection with T.C. Jester Boulevard. The wreck closed down all eastbound lanes of the highway’s service road. Authorities also reported a possible hazmat spill.
