UPDATE: Liberty County collision victims identified

CONROE, TX – The victims in Saturday’s fatal wreck in Liberty County have been identified, according to the Montgomery County Police Reporter.
Authorities say 33-year-old Francisco Rivera-Rosas was traveling on State Highway 105 when he attempted to pass a semi-truck. While passing the truck, he collided with a Chevrolet pickup truck driven by 56-year-old Timothy Gannon.
Both Rivera-Rosas and Gannon were declared dead at the scene by emergency responders. A passenger in the back of Rivera-Rosas’s vehicle, 43-year-old Juan Salgado-Alvarez. A 15-year-old in the same vehicle was hospitalized as a cautionary measure.
