HOUSTON, TX – A one-vehicle crash stalled traffic on the South Loop tonight, Houston TranStar reports. The crash took place at the South Loop’s intersection with Stella Link Road, shutting down the nearby right shoulder. The area was cleared by 8:20 p.m.
