HOUSTON, TX – A big rig crash led to early morning traffic on the Southwest Freeway today, according to the Houston Police Department. The truck crashed at the Eastex Freeway’s Franklin intersection around 7:00 a.m. Several lanes were blocked as emergency responders worked to clear the scene. It is not known if anyone was injured.

HOUSTON, TX – An early morning crash stalled traffic on the Northwest Freeway today, the Houston Police Department reports. The accident occurred at 290 Northwest Freeway at Fairbanks around 6:19 a.m. this morning. The resulting collision shut down several lanes. It is not known what led to the crash or if anyone was hurt.

HOUSTON, TX – A multi-vehicle wreck blocked traffic on the North Freeway early this morning, per the Houston Police Department. The accident occurred at the North Freeway’s intersection with West Gulf Bank around 6:12 a.m. this morning, blocking several nearby lanes. It is unknown how many vehicles were involved Authorities warned drivers to expect delays.

HOUSTON, TX – Three vehicles collided in a crash on the West Loop this evening, according to Houston TranStar. The cars crashed near San Felipe Street, closing down the nearby left lane and two center lanes. Emergency responders cleared the scene by 5:13 p.m.

HOUSTON, TX – A solo-vehicle crash stalled traffic on the North Sam Houston Tollway this evening, per Houston TranStar. The accident took place just before Ella Boulevard today around 4:58 p.m. The nearby right shoulder and the right lane were closed as a result of the incident.

HOUSTON, TX – A minor accident was reported on Barnett Street this afternoon by the officers at the Houston Police Department.  The accident took place at 3801 Barnett Street near the Gulf Freeway around 3:00 p.m. The cause of the accident nor the presence of any injuries has not been released by the HPD.

HOUSTON, TX – The right shoulder closed following a collision on the Southwest Freeway this afternoon, the Houston TranStar reports. Two cars crashed at the Southwest Freeway’s around Elgin, shutting down the nearby right shoulder. The area was closed around 4:33 p.m.
