Man airlifted to hospital after Humble motorcycle accident

HUMBLE, TX – A man was airlifted to the hospital Sunday afternoon after a motorcycle accident in Humble, according to KTRK.
The accident happened at about 1 p.m. in the 6900 block of Cypresswood Point Avenue, near Cypresswood Elementary School, when the operator of a motorcycle lost control of the vehicle.
The motorcycle flipped over multiple times in the collision.
The driver, who was not identified in the report, was taken to the hospital by medical helicopter with serious wounds.
The accident caused authorities to shut down Cypresswood Point Ave for several hours for the investigation and cleanup of the collision.
