Collision blocks multiple lanes on I-69 in downtown Houston

HOUSTON, TX – At least two lanes were closed following a collision in downtown Houston early Tuesday afternoon.
According to a report by Total Traffic Houston, the accident took place at about 12:30 p.m. along I-69, near the Downtown Split.

Few details regarding the crash are available at this time. However, the two center lanes were closed while emergency crews worked to clear the scene.
It is unclear if any injuries were sustained as an immediate result of the crash.
