HOUSTON, TX – A heavy truck accident blocked traffic on the North Loop this afternoon, the team at Houston TranStar reports. The truck collided with another vehicle at the Eastex Freeway intersection, closing down the nearby left shoulder, center lane, and left lane. The scene was cleared just before 4 p.m.
