Motorcyclist hurt in south Houston hit-and-run

HOUSTON, TX – An unidentified motorcyclist was hurt in a hit-and-run accident in south Houston on the morning of Tuesday, August 4, according to KHOU 11.
The individual was hit by a four-door Toyota truck near 5100 Shaver Street around 1 a.m. this morning. Instead of stopping, the driver of the Toyota fled the scene. The motorcyclist was helped by a witness and eventually transported to the hospital with a major leg injury.
