13-year-old killed in North Freeway crash

HOUSTON, TX – A 13-year-old was killed in a major collision on the North Freeway on Tuesday afternoon, according to the team at Click2Houston.
The crash occurred around 3 p.m. at the intersection of the North Freeway and Hardy Toll Road when a black sedan was struck by a red Mustang. The 13-year-old and and 11-year-old were both rushed to the hospital via LifeFlight for treatment. The 13-year-old did not survive their injuries.
In addition to the young victims, three adults were hurt in the accident. Their current condition remains unknown at this time.
