Pedestrian hit by car on Veterans Memorial Drive

HOUSTON, TX – A pedestrian was hit by a car on Veterans Memorial Drive on the night of Tuesday, May 12, according to the Harris County Sheriff’s Office.
The man was hit at the 13199 block of Veterans Memorial Drive apparently while walking outside of a crosswalk. Authorities reported that he was alert while being transported to a nearby hospital by emergency personnel.
