HOUSTON, TX – A right shoulder closed after a two-vehicle wreck on the Gulf Freeway this afternoon, Houston TranStar reports.
The cars crashed at the freeway’s intersection with Parker Road around 1:53 a.m. The impact of the collision closed the nearby right shoulder.
