Motorcyclist killed, one person in custody after early-morning crash in SW Houston

HOUSTON, TX – At least one person was killed and another person was brought into police custody following a motorcycle accident in southwest Houston early this morning, according to KTRK.
The collision occurred in the 6300 block of Richmond Avenue at about 4:30 a.m. when a motorcycle and another vehicle collided.
The motorcyclist died of injuries sustained during the accident.
No other injuries have been reported as of yet.
Authorities had taken one person into custody, though their identity and alleged crime is unknown at this point.
The crash remains under investigation.
