Woman on motorcycle killed after hitting dump truck on State Highway 6 South

HOUSTON, TX – According to the Houston Police Department, a woman on a motorcycle was killed after hitting a dump truck on State Highway 6 South on Monday night.
A 44-year-old woman was riding a blue motorcycle when she crashed into the back of a dump truck around 11:35 p.m. She then drove off the road and crashed into a nearby ditch.
The woman was declared dead at the scene of the crash. The driver of the dump truck did not stop to render aid. If you have information about the crash, contact the HPD Vehicular Crimes Division at 713-247-4072.
