HOUSTON, TX – A woman died on July 10 from injuries sustained in a late June crash, the Houston Police Department reports.
The unidentified woman was driving her white Mercedes sedan at 12200 Katy Freeway on June 28 when an 18-wheeler hit her vehicle. The force of the crash pushed her car onto a concrete barrier and she was critically injured.
Unfortunately, she died of her injuries at a nearby hospital on Friday. The driver of the 18-wheeler was not intoxicated at the time of the accident and was not detained by authorities.
