Willis – Truck Crash on I-45 near Calvary Rd Injured 1

Last Friday, a truck collision on Interstate 45 in Willis resulted in injuries, according to a local news source.
At around midnight, Willis local troopers were dispatched to I-45 near Calvary Road in response to a call reporting a truck crash. Initial reports said that an 18-wheeler truck was heading south on the highway when it went out of control and left the roadway. It then flipped on its side and came to rest on the side of the road.
The driver, whose identity has not yet been released, sustained minor injuries from the force of impact. Responding officers had to temporarily shut down the highway to give way for the clearing and investigation.
No one else was involved.
The investigation is still in progress.
