Vehicle fire blocks multiple lanes on I-610 in South Houston

HOUSTON, TX – At least two lanes were shut down following a Wednesday vehicle fire on Houston’s south side.

According to a report by Total Traffic Houston, the incident was reported shortly after 2 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of the interstate, near the exit to Stella Link Road.

It is unclear what may have sparked the blaze at this time. However, this situation is still developing.
