UPDATE: HPD releases press release on fatal wreck on Fannin Street

HOUSTON, TX – The Houston Police Department has released a press release regarding the fatal wreck that took place on Fannin Street last Friday morning.
According to the press release, a jogger was crossing 5900 Fannin Street in a crosswalk when he was struck by an oncoming Cadillac sedan. The driver remained at the scene and cooperated with authorities.
The victim was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital and declared dead. He was just 30-years-old. No charges have been filed at this time.
