UPDATE: HPD releases memo on fatal pedestrian crash on South State Highway 6

HOUSTON, TX – The Houston Police Department has released a memo regarding the fatal pedestrian accident that took place on South State Highway 6 last Friday.
A 26-year-old male was reportedly walking erratically on the freeway and lying on the street when he was hit by a passing Chevrolet Equinox. The victim was killed upon impact.
The driver remained at the scene and was not charged.
