UPDATE: HPD releases information on fatal wreck on Hillcroft Avenue

HOUSTON, TX – The Houston Police Department released information regarding the fatal wreck on Hillcroft Avenue that took place yesterday afternoon.

An unidentified 62-year-old man was traveling in a pickup truck near 10400 Hillcroft Avenue at about 2 p.m. when he suddenly lost control of his car and hit a tree in the road’s median. He was then rushed to the hospital for treatment where he was pronounced dead.

Authorities later learned that the individual has a history of various medical issues. Their investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
