UPDATE: Driver crashes through fence, into yard of SE Houston home

HOUSTON, TX — Property damage was reported late Tuesday morning after a driver crashed through the fence of backyard in Houston’s Greater Hobby Area, reports KHOU11.

The accident occurred off the intersection of Hall Oak Road and Hall Meadows Court, near Beltway 8 and State Highway 35, at about 11:46 a.m.

Surveillance footage captured at the scene shows a black car speeding toward a dead end at the corner. The vehicle then runs off the roadway, slamming through a barricade and a fence before landing in the house’s back porch.

It was not immediately clear what caused the incident, but as of this writing, no injuries have been reported and no arrests have been made.
