HOUSTON, TX – A two-vehicle wreck blocked lanes on the West Loop on the night of Thursday, September 24, Houston TranStar reports.
The two vehicles struck each other at the freeway’s intersection with Bellaire Boulevard, closing down the right and center lane. The scene was cleared around 10:54 p.m.
