HOUSTON, TX – A two-vehicle crash closed the right shoulder on the East Sam Houston Tollway this afternoon, Houston TranStar reports.
The two cars collided at the tollway’s intersection with the West Lake Houston Parkway, shutting down the nearby right shoulder. The incident was reported around 4:25 p.m.
