Two-vehicle accident blocks two lanes on Tomball Pkwy in NW Houston

HOUSTON, TX — A two-vehicle collision was reported Wednesday afternoon on the Tomball Parkway near Prestonwood West Center in northwest Houston, according to Houston Transtar.

The accident took place on the northbound lanes of the parkway (State Highway 249) at Perry Road. It was first reported by Houston Transtar at 2:49 p.m.

It was unclear what led up to the event, but a left shoulder, left lane, and center lane were impacted.

By 3:15 p.m., less than half an hour later, the scene had been cleared from the roadway.
