Two killed in plane crash north of Houston

WOODBRANCH, TX –Â Two people were tragically killed in a plane crash north of Houston on Sunday morning, according to NBC DFW.
The Federal Aviation Administration reports that a single-engine Grumman American AA-5A crashed in Woodbranch, 30 miles north of Houston, around 8:30 a.m. The plane crashed in a wooded area away from any homes, killing the two individuals inside the plane on impact.
It is not known why the plane crashed.
