Travis County – 1 Died Following Rollover Crash on Texas 183

Texas Department of Public Safety is conducting an investigation about a car crash on Texas Highway 183 in Travis County, Monday.
Just before 2:00 a.m., DPS troopers were dispatched to TX 183 to assist a vehicle that had overturned. Initial investigation shows that an undescribed vehicle was seen traveling along the highway when, for reasons that had not yet been determined, it went out of control and rolled over a number of times. The driver, who was the sole occupant in the car, was ejected and injured. He was already lifeless when local paramedics arrived at the scene.
No one else was injured.
Police have yet to determine the factors that may have contributed to the crash. An investigation is ongoing.
