Three rescued after rollover crash on IH-45 near north Houston mall

HOUSTON, TX — At least three people were rescued early Friday morning after a rollover collision on North Freeway near the West Road Plaza shopping mall in north Houston, according to NTV Houston.

Houston Police Department said the accident happened in the 10100 block of the freeway.

Details are limited, but a witness told authorities a driver was speeding in an SUV when they lost control of the vehicle, causing it to roll onto its side.

Responding officers were able to removed all occupants from the wreckage through one door.

All patients were evaluated at the scene by Houston Fire Department medics, and no serious injuries were reported.

As of this writing, no further information has been provided.
