Three dead, two injured in dramatic crash on FM-529 in NW Houston

HOUSTON, TX – A violent crash this morning on FM-529 in northwest Houston led to the deaths of three people and the injury of two, according to KHOU.
The accident occurred in the 12230 block of 529 at about 8 a.m. this morning when a pickup truck reportedly tried to turn into a gas station, putting it into the path of a Honda.
The driver of the pickup was ejected when the two vehicles collided and is reportedly in critical condition.
Three occupants of the Honda died as a result of the collision.
The driver of the Honda survived the crash, but it is unknown if they were injured.
Authorities have not released the identities of the victims at this time.
The accident remains under investigation.
