Terry County – Pickup Collision on FM 303 Killed 80-year-old Man

A Denver City man died after a fatal two-vehicle accident on Farm to Market Road 303 in Terry County, Tuesday afternoon.
The fatality was identified as 80-year-old Emmett Mills.
According to initial investigation, the crash occurred at the intersection of FM 303 and Farm to Market Road 2196. A 2018 Ford pickup truck was heading north on FM 303 when it failed to yield right of way to a 2003 Toyota pickup truck resulting in a crash. The impact of the collision ejected the driver of the Toyota, Emmett Mills. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Meanwhile, the driver of the Ford, identified as Guillermo Osornio, was seriously injured. He was rushed to Covenant Medical Center in Levelland for treatment.
No one else was injured.
The Terry County law enforcement officials arrived at the scene to investigate further. No charges have bee made at this time.
