HOUSTON, TX – A 15-year-old girl lost her unborn child in a tragic collision on Saturday, June 13, according to a press release from the Houston Police Department.
A blue Dodge Challenger was driving away from a private driveway at 11300 Fondren Road when it crashed into a black Nissan Rogue in which the pregnant teenager was an occupant. She was rushed to a hospital after the incident. Unfortunately, her baby did not survive.
Investigators determined that the driver of the Challenger was attempting to eat food from a bag when the collision occurred. Charges have not yet been filed.
