Taylor – 2 Died, 1 Hospitalized in Fatal Multi-Vehicle Accident on Main Street

A deadly three-car collision on South Main Street caused the death of two people and injuries to another, Saturday evening.
Police said the incident took place last November 2nd, at around 8:40 p.m., at the 1100 block of South Main Street. A woman was backing her van when a passing sport utility vehicle struck its back side. The force of the impact pushed the van into traffic where it was then struck by a pickup truck.
The driver of the van and his passenger died from the injuries they sustained from the crash. Meanwhile, the driver of the pickup truck sustained unspecified injuries and was rushed to Seton Williamson County Hospital for treatment.
Authorities withheld the victims’ identification until their immediate family relative has been notified.
No one else was injured.
Taylor local police arrived at the scene to determine liability.
