HOUSTON, TX – A two-vehicle wreck stalled traffic on the North Freeway this morning, according to the Harris County Constables. Two vehicles collided at the 17500 North Freeway near FM 1960. The wreck occurred near 11:12 a.m. Further details about the wreck were not released.
