HOUSTON, TX – A single-vehicle crash blocked an exit ramp on the West Sam Houston Tollway this evening, Houston TranStar reports. The accident occurred at the tollway’s intersection with FM 1093 Westheimer Road. The scene was cleared around 7:38 p.m.
