HOUSTON, TX – Lanes closed after a heavy truck wreck on the West Loop this afternoon, Houston TranStar reports. The truck collided with another vehicle at the West Loop’s intersection with San Felipe Street. The crash closed the left lane and center lanes of the highway. The incident was reported at 4:07 p.m.
