HOUSTON, TX – The Houston Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run that took place on North Shepherd Drive on the evening of Tuesday, October 20. The crash occurred at 1801 North Shepherd Drive around 7:38 p.m. this evening. Authorities have not issued any information about the suspect’s vehicle or if anyone was injured.
