The incident was reported at 1100 Dairy Ashford Road around 2:35 p.m. Authorities say that a maroon-colored SUV crashed a pole near the crash site. No additional information has been reported.

HOUSTON, TX – A multi-vehicle wreck stalled traffic on the Katy Freeway this evening, according to Houston TranStar. Three cars collided at the freeway’s intersection with Beltway 8 West around 6:25 p.m. The resulting accident closed down the nearby left lane and center lane. As of 7:00 p.m., the crash has not been cleared.
