HOUSTON, TX – A traffic collision blocked lanes on the North Freeway early this morning, the Houston Police Department reports. The accident occurred near the Airline Drive intersection just after 6:30 a.m. The HPD warned drivers to expect delays as investigators worked to clear the scene.
