SPRING, TX โ The Harris County Sheriffโs Office responded to a fatal collision on the North Freeway this afternoon. Authorities say a vehicle struck a concrete barrier near 23400 North Freeway, killing at least one person. The crash shut down the northbound lanes near the freewayโs intersection with the Grand Parkway.
