SPRING, TX – The Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to a fatal collision on the North Freeway this afternoon. Authorities say a vehicle struck a concrete barrier near 23400 North Freeway, killing at least one person. The crash shut down the northbound lanes near the freeway’s intersection with the Grand Parkway.
