HOUSTON, TX – A crash blocked two lanes on the North Freeway this morning, according to the Houston Police Department. The accident occurred at the North Freeway’s intersection with Tidwell Road around 7:03 a.m. The accident shut down two nearby lanes. Authorities warned drivers to expect delays.
