HOUSTON, TX – At least one person is dead following a pedestrian accident that took place on Gessner Road this morning, according to the Houston Police Department. The accident was reported at 4400 Gessner Road around 6:42 a.m. Houston Police have not yet released the identity of the victim.

HOUSTON, TX – An exit ramp was shut down after a single-vehicle crash on the West Loop tonight, according to the team at Houston TranStar. The crash was reported at the West Loop’s intersection with the Southwest Freeway at 8:07 p.m. It is not known what initially led to the wreck.

HOUSTON, TX – A two-vehicle collision blocked traffic on the Eastex Freeway tonight, Houston TranStar reports. Two cars crashed before the Eastex Freeway’s intersection with Beltway 8 West around 8:04 p.m. The crash closed down. the nearby left shoulder, center lane, and left lane.

HOUSTON, TX  – A vehicle fled the scene of a wreck on Hall Road this evening, officers at the Houston Police Department. The crash took place at 8198 Hall Road around 7:28 p.m. Official information about the fleeing vehicle has not been reported.

HOUSTON, TX – The Harris County Constables responded to a major rollover crash on the North Sam Houston Parkway West this evening. The car crashed at 1700 North Sam Houston Parkway around 6:21 p.m. The crash shut down the eastbound lanes of the parkway — authorities advised drivers to use an alternative route if possible.

HOUSTON, TX – A minor accident was reported on Lyons Avenue this evening by the Houston Police Department. The accident took place at 7501 Lyons Avenue and North Wayside Drive at 6:10 p.m. today. Further details about the incident have not been reported by the HPD.

HOUSTON, TX – Officers at the Houston Police Department investigated a major wreck on Bonaire Street this afternoon. The accident took place at 8131 Bonaire Street at 4:42 p.m. Police have not released additional information about the incident, including if anyone was hurt.

HOUSTON, TX – A multi-vehicle wreck blocked traffic on the North Freeway this evening, according to the team at Houston TranStar. Three vehicles reportedly collided at the North Freeway’s intersection with FM 2920, shutting down the nearby right shoulder, center lane, and right lane. Emergency responders were able to clear the scene by 6:57 p.m.
