HOUSTON, TX – All main lanes on the North Loop were closed after a heavy truck collision this afternoon, Houston TranStar reports. The incident took place at the North Loop’s intersection with Kelley Street around 12:54 p.m. The accident involved another vehicle and led to a hazmat spill.
