HOUSTON, TX – An 18-wheeler accident stalled traffic on the East Loop this morning, the Houston Police Department reports. The accident took place at the East Loop’s intersection with Market Street around 11:33 a.m. The incident blocked three lanes — the HPD warned drivers to expect delays.
