Suspect dies from injuries sustained in early December police chase crash

HOUSTON, TX – A suspect died from injuries sustained in an early December police chase crash, according to the Houston Police Department.

On the morning of December 9, officers were chasing a man on a Yamaha motorcycle on the North Freeway. The man then exited the freeway near Airtex Drive, failing to control his motorcycle and crashing on the service road.

The unidentified male suspect was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. He died of his injuries on January 17.
