Suspect arrested for drunk driving in connection to hit-and-run on State Highway 249

TOMBALL, TX – A suspect has been arrested for drunk driving in connection to a hit-and-run that took place on State Highway 249 this evening, according to the Harris County Constables.
#NOW: Heavy police presence in the 26900 block of SH 249. Constable Deputies have located the at-fault driver who fled the scene of a roll over crash that left two victims injured on State Highway 249.

The suspect was responsible for a roll-over crash that took place on State Highway 249 earlier that evening. The suspect was located after fleeing the scene and arrested for a DWI. The suspect was also arrested for failing to stop and render aid.
Two people were injured in the earlier rollover crash.
