Suspect arrested after crashing into tree during police chase

HOUSTON, TX – A suspect was arrested after crashing into a tree during a police chase on Wednesday evening, the Harris County Constables report.
#NOW– EVADING SUSPECT IN CUSTODY
Heavy police presence near Windsor Pointe Drive and the Tomball Parkway. Constables initiated a traffic stop on a vehicle who refused to stop.

Constables attempted to stop the man for a traffic violation, but he refused to stop and instead fled from officers. He then lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a tree near Windsor Pointe Drive and the Tomball Parkway.
He was not hurt.
