Stanton – Stephone Taylor II Died in FM 3033 Crash

The Staton Police Department has released the name of the man who died in a crash on Farm to Market Road 3033, last March 11th.
The fatality was identified as Stephone Taylor II.
Initial reports show that the incident happened along Texas Highway 176 near FM 3033. Taylor was driving along the highway when it crashed into an 18-wheeler truck that was trying to cross the highway. The impact of the crash seriously injured Taylor. He succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased by local paramedics. No other injuries were reported.
Area investigators are determining if weather conditions played a role in the accident. It was reportedly foggy at that time.
No charges have been made as the investigation is still in progress.
