Spring— Police Officer Injured Following a Crash on Holzwarth Road

A rollover collision on Holzwarth Road sent a police officer to a hospital on early Sunday morning, according to a local news source.
Initial reports show that the crash took place at around 1:45 a.m. on Holzwarth Road near the Grand Parkway. How the crash happened is yet to be determined by local investigators but it is believed that a patrol vehicle t-boned a truck on said cross streets. The impact of the crash caused the vehicle to flip on its side.
The deputy constable suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital for further care. Authorities said that he was from Harris County Precinct 4.
Fortunately, the driver of the truck did not sustain any injury. His identified has not been released.
Investigators will look into who was at fault.
