Spring – One Killed in Suspected DUI Collision on Louetta Road

A Saturday evening collision on Louetta Road caused the death of one person, according to a local news source.

At around 10:00 p.m., a crash had been reported at the 5000 block of Louetta Road. Initial investigation shows that a gray Infiniti was traveling along Louetta Rd near Kuykendahl when, for reasons that had not been determined yet, it driver into the opposing lanes and crashed into a Ford F-150 pickup truck resulting in several injuries.

Authorities said at least four people were sent to a hospital with varying injuries. One of the injured victims later succumbed to his injuries and was declared deceased. He was identified as Zachary Ford, brother of the Infiniti driver who was named as Luke Ford.

The other victims were not immediately identified pending notification of their immediate family.

No charges have been made as the investigation is still in progress.
