Spring FD respond to vehicle fire on Aldine Westfield Rd.

SPRING, TX – Firefighters in Spring responded to the scene of a vehilce fire near the Mercer Botanic Gardens on Wednesday.
According to a report by the Harris County Precinct 4 Constable, the blaze was first reported in the 2200 block of Aldine Westfield Road, near Hirschfield Road at about 6:40 p.m.
#NOW VEHICLE FIRE: Constable Deputies and the Spring Fire Department are working a vehicle fire in the 22500 block of Aldine Westfield Rd & Hirschfield. No injuries reported.
North bound lanes of Aldine Westfield are currently shut down by emergency crews.

It is unclear at this time what may have sparked the blaze. However, fire crews were able to quickly knock it down.
No injuries were reported as a direct result of the incident.
