Sleeping man, presumably homeless, killed by 18-wheeler outside Aldi

HOUSTON, TX – A man was killed this morning when a truck driver ran over him near an Aldi in north Houston, according to KTRK.
The accident happened near 161 West Road before 8 a.m. outside of the Aldi Food Market.
A delivery driver bringing wares to the grocery store ran over a man, presumed to be homeless, sleeping in the loading dock area.
According to the report, the driver realized what had happened when he saw a blanket on the ground while reversing.
