Sherman – Two-Car Crash on Travis Street

Sherman law enforcement officials are conducting an investigation about a car accident on Travis Street, Tuesday afternoon.
At around 2:00 p.m., local police were called onto Travis street near the intersection of Washington Street in response to a call reporting a vehicle accident. How the crash happened remains unclear at this time but it was confirmed that two vehicles somehow collided with each other. When emergency crews arrived at the scene, they found both vehicles with extensive damages. One of the occupants in the car sustained injuries and was rushed to a hospital where he was given medical treatment. His identification was not immediately released.
No one else was reportedly injured.
Local investigators arrived at the scene to determine the circumstances leading up to the accident.
